R.A.G Configuration

The RAG feature helps users visually classify driver performance using color indicators — Red, Amber, and Green. These colors represent different performance levels based on the driver’s overall score.

Users can define custom parameters as per their company’s requirements. For example, low-performing drivers can be marked in Red, average in Amber, and good performers in Green.

Please Note: The R.A.G Configuration is included only in the Premium versions of the platform.

To Get Started 

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to Settings > Master > RAG.

After clicking on RAG, you will be directed to the RAG Overview screen, where you can have a look at all your previusly created RAG configuration.

To Create R.A.G

  • Click on the ➕ button on the taskbar.

  • The configuration screen of RAG will open

  • Fom Company, select the company for which you want to create the RAG conffiguration.
  • In RAG, write the name of this configuration for indentification.
  • In Validity From, select the from which date this configuration will be used for rating.
  • In Distance, write the minimum distance the vehicle needs to travel after which the RAG configuration will start the rating the vehicle.
  • In Harsh Acceleration Score, Formula can contain only numbers, variables ''a'' and ''t'' and following symbols : +, -, /, *, (, ). you can click on to see a preview of how the score will function.
    • Eg;-  a , a+t , a+2, a-2*t.

Variable "a" is Harsh Acceleration Count & Variable "t" is Total Distance.

  • In Harsh Braking Score, Formula can contain only numbers, variables ''b'' and ''t'' and following symbols : +, -, /, *, (, ). you can click on to see a preview of how the score will function.
    • Eg:- b , b+t , b+2 , b-2*t.

Variable "b" is Harsh Breaking Count & Variable "t" is Total Distance.

  • In Harsh Cornering Score, Formula can contain only numbers, variables ''c'' and ''t'' and following symbols : +, -, /, *, (, ). you can click on to see a preview of how the score will function.
    • Eg:-  c , c+t , c+2 , c-2*t.

Variable "c" is Harsh Cornering Count & Variable "t" is Total Distance.

  • In Overspeed Score, Formula can contain only numbers, variables ''d'' and ''t'' and following symbols : +, -, /, *, (, ).  you can click on to see a preview of how the score will function.
    • Eg:-  d , d+t , d+2 , d-2*t.

Variable "d" is Overspeed Duration & Variable "t" is Total Distance.

  • In Seat Belt Score, Formula can contain only numbers, variables ''e'' and ''t'' and following symbols : +, -, /, *, (, ).  you can click on to see a preview of how the score will function.
    • Eg:-  e , e+t , e+2 , e-2*t.

Variable "e" is Seat Belt Duration & Variable "t" is Total Distance.

  • In Total Score, You can configure how the total score for the R.A.G should be calculated, Formula can contain only numbers, variables ''f'', "g", "h", "i" and "j" and following symbols : +, -, /, *, (, ).  you can click on to see a preview of how the score will function.
    • Eg:- j+i+h+g+f*2.

Variable "f" is Harsh Acceleration Score , Variable "g" is Harsh Breaking Score , Variable "h" is Harsh Cornering Score , Variable "i" is Overspeed Score , Variable "j" is Seat Belt Score.

  • In Threshold, you can set the score limits for Green, Amber, and Red. Based on the total score, the driver will be categorized under the corresponding color
  • Click on the Save 💾 icon to save the configuration.
  • To download the created RAG configuration go on the overview page and click on  icon to download excel format,
