Profile in mobile app

The Profile section in the mobile application allows users to view and manage their personal account information and application preferences. Users can review their account details and update the available settings based on their permissions. 

To Get Started

  • Login to the Mobile application using your credentials.
  • Go to the Settings screen.
  • Click on Profile.

  • Once user taps on profile the following screen will open

The Options inside profile are as Follows:

  • Applications: Displays the applications available to the user based on their assigned access and subscription. Tap to switch or access the available application.
  • Dashboard: Displays the dashboard assigned to the user. Tap to select or change the available dashboard.
    • Advanced: Provides an advanced dashboard with multiple widgets for detailed monitoring and analysis of vehicle information.
    •  Standard: Provides a simple dashboard with a single widget that displays the current vehicle status. 
  • Notifications: Allows users to manage app notifications in the application.
  • Select Map: Allows users to select the map provider to be used for displaying location and tracking information.
  • Change Password: Allows users to change their account password.
  • Change Language: Allows users to select the preferred language for the mobile application.
  • Change Server: Allows users to switch to the required server for their account.
  • About App: Displays information about the mobile application, such as the application version and other app-related details.
  • Share App: Allows users to share the mobile application with others.
  • Privacy Policy: Opens the privacy policy applicable to the mobile application.
  • Terms and Conditions: Displays the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the application.
  • Theme: Allows users to select the preferred application theme.
  • Launcher Shortcut: Allows users to configure a shortcut for quickly accessing the selected functionality by long-pressing the application icon.
  • Show Support Button: Enable or disable the floating support button displayed within the mobile application.
  • Logout: Tap to securely log out of the current account.
