Playback History on Mobile Application.

The Playback History feature allows you to view the past routes and movements of your Pet.

To Get Started

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to Pets.

  • Once you are on the Pets screen, select the pet you want to track.
    After selecting the pet, you will be redirected to the Live Tracking screen for that specific pet.
  • Tap on the Playback Icon  to access the Playback History.
  • You will be redirected to the following screen.

  1. Tap to Play or Pause the playback.

  2. Tap on Map Layout  icon to to switch between Roadmap, Satellite, Hybrid, and other views based on the configured map.
  3. Tap on Map  icon to change the map.
  4. Tap on the Date Selector, to change the date for playback.
  5. Tap on Playback Settings icon to configure setting for playback.

Playback Settings

  • Tap on Playback Settings icon to configure the playback settings. the following screen will open.

  1. Show Alerts: You can use the toggle switch to turn alert markers ON or OFF. When enabled, the playback will display alert events triggered during the trip.
  2. Show Route: You can use the toggle switch to turn the route display ON or OFF. When enabled, the full route path for the selected date will be highlighted during playback.
