Addresses can be created to accurately identify specific locations. For instance, if a Pet regularly travels to an Park.
To Add Address from Mobile Application
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Profile > Address.
Upon clicking on Address, you will be directed to the Address Overview page, where you can view and manage all the address records.
To Create Addresses Individually
- Click on the
button on the top right corner.
- The Address configuration screen will open.
- Provide the Place Name of the address.
- Select the Address Type from the dropdown list.
- Provide a Description if necessary.
- To add the location: you have 3 options.
- Tap on the Map and adjust the pointer to your location.
- click on
search and choose the desired Address location. Utilize the marker to pinpoint the exact location accurately. - Click on the
icon to add your current location as address.
Please Note: While using the 3rd option to add location, you need to grant the location permission for the device.
- Click on the Save icon.
Add Address from Live Tracking screen.
- Go to
Pets page and Tap on a Pet to open live tracking.
- Once you tap on the Pet, the live tracking screen will open.
- Tap on add Address.
- Click on the
add address icon.
- Once you click on add adress the following screen will slide up.
- click on Get Pet Location, to add Pet's current location as address.
- click on Get Current Location, to add your current location as address.
- Provide the Place Name of the address.
- Select the Address Type from the dropdown list.
- Provide a Description if necessary.
- You can also adjust/change the location using the following method.
- Tap on the Map and adjust the pointer to your location.
- click on search and choose the desired Address location. Utilize the marker to pinpoint the exact location accurately.
- Click on the
icon to add your current location as address.
