Pair Device is a feature in the application that works on a parent-child relationship of GPS devices. The parent-child arrangement will assist in generating condition warnings based on data from both devices. This way, the user will receive an alert only when all the connected devices are inactive at the same time.
Please Note: The Pair Device module is included only in the Standard and Premium versions of the platform.
To Get Started

Login to your account.

Go to Settings > General > Pair Device.
When you click on Pair Device, you will be taken to the Pair Device Overview page, where you can review all your paired device records.
To Pair the Devices

Click on the ➕ button on the taskbar.

Select the Reseller and Company under which you want to pair the devices from the drop-down menu.

Select the Primary Object from the drop-down list.

Select the Secondary Object from the drop-down list.
Multiple secondary objects can be selected from the list to pair with a single primary object.

Click on the Save 💾 icon to pair the devices.
Please Note: You need to set the Inactive alert only on the Primary Object. You will receive the Inactive alert only when all the devices that are paired will go Inactive at the same time.
To Download Multiple Records

You can use the Export button (at the bottom of the page) to download the paired device data in XLS format.
