Manage DVIR

Users can perform DVIR inspections regularly to check the health and safety of their vehicles. They can also download the DVIR reports for records or compliance needs.

DVIR is performed by the driver using the Driver's Application from the predefined Templete.

From Manage DVIR  you can create a custom DVIR templete based on Vehicle Type.

To Get Started

• Log in to your account.
• Go to Settings > DVIR > Manage DVIR.
• To create a new DVIR templete click on the ➕ button on the taskbar.

• • In the Inspection Template, enter a name to easily identify this template.
  • In Object Type, select the object type from the list.
  • In Inspection type, select from Pre trip, Post trip or Both.
    • Pre trip -  if you want to use this template before a trip starts.
    • Post trip -  if you want to use this template after trip ends.
    • Both - if you want to use this template in both the situations
  • In Driver signature, select the signature requirement.

• To add your addtinal paramaters for inspection click on Additional Information button.
  
  
  • In the Label field, enter the custom label for the checkpoint.
  • Check the mandatory box to make this parameter required.
  • Click on the bin icon to delete the checkpoint.

• To select inpection parameters from a predefined list click on the Add Checkpoint button

• • From the Check point drop-down select the check point.
  • From the sub check point type select the points you want to be inspected.
  • Check the image box if you want to make the image mandatory during inspection.
  • Check the remark box if you want to make the remark mandatory during inspection.
  • Click on the bin icon to delete the checkpoint.

• Click on the Save 💾 icon to save the custom DVIR.
