Manage Company Documents

Manage all company administrative documents in one place and organise important information such as certifications and licences. This ensures that all documents are easily accessible from the platform itself in digital format which can help save time and resources.

To get started

  • Login to your account.
  • Go to  Settings > General > Company
  • Double-click on the company record for which you want to upload the Documents.

To upload company documents

Navigate to the Documents Tab.



    • Click on Document ➕.
    • Add Document Name.


    • Enter the document Issue Date.
    • Enter the document Expiry Date.
    • Upload the Document image from your system if you have a softcopy of the document.
    • You can download the document image by clicking on the Download .
    • You can Delete the Document details by clicking on .
    • Click on Save 💾 button.
