Manage Company Documents

Manage all company administrative documents in one place and organize important information, such as certifications and licenses, in one easily accessible digital format, saving time and resources compared to manual record-keeping.

To Get Started

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to Settings > General > Company.
  • Double-click on the company record for which you want to upload the documents.

To Upload Company Documents

Navigate to the Documents Tab.


    • Click on Document ➕
    • Add Document Name.

      • Enter the document Issue Date.
      • Enter the document Expiry Date.
      • Upload the Document from the system by clicking on No file chosen.
      • To download the document, click on Download  button.
      • To Delete a document, simply click on the delete  button.
      • Click on Save 💾 icon.
