Manage Admin Documents

The system enables users to manage administrative documents and organize important information, such as certifications and licenses, in one easily accessible digital format, saving time and resources compared to manual record-keeping.

To Get Started

  • Login to your account.
  • Go to Settings > General > Admin
  • Double-click on the admin record for which you want to upload the Documents.

To Upload Admin Documents

Navigate to the Documents Tab.


    • Click on Document ➕
    • Add Document Name.
    • Enter the document Issue Date.
    • Enter the document Expiry Date.
    • Upload the Document from the system by clicking on No file chosen.
    • To download the document, click on Download  button.
    • To Delete a document, simply click on the delete  button.
    • Click on Save 💾 button.
