The Live Tracking screen allows you to view your pet’s real-time location on the map. It helps you monitor your pet’s movement, ensure safety, and quickly locate them whenever needed.
To Get Started
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Pets.
- Once you are on the Pets screen, select the pet you want to track.
After selecting the pet, you will be redirected to the Live Tracking screen for that specific pet.
- Tap on Map
icon to change the map. - Tap on Map Type
icon to to switch between Roadmap, Satellite, Hybrid, and other views based on the configured map. - Tap on
360 Icon to get the street view of the Pet's currrent location. - Tap on the Playback Icon
to access the Playback History. - Pet Details Panel: Displays Pet Name (e.g., PANDA), Last Known Address, Last Updated Time (e.g., 16 day(s) ago).
- Status Indicators: Shows the current status of the pet and tracking device:
- Zone Status: If the Pet in inside or Outside any Zone that you created (e.g., Out of Zone)
- Network Status: Shows if the GPS device is connected/disconnected with the Server. (e.g., Connected)
- Battery Level: Shows GPS Trackers current Battery level( e.g., 1%)
- Provides a quick overview of your pet’s daily activity such as, Steps, Active Time, Rest Time, Calories & Distance. Tap on the Card to get a detail view.
- Tap on Share Location to share your pet’s live location with others.
- Select the Validity Period for the link, after which the link will expire.
- Tap On Save to share the link. Tap on Cancel to abort the Process.
- Tap on Add Geofence to create a geo-fence on the Pets current location.

Tap on Add Address to save the current location as an address.
- Tap on Find My Pet to help locate your pet quickly, especially useful if your pet goes missing.
