Platform Features for Managing E-Lock

Widget

The ELock widget is conveniently located in the tooltip on the live tracking screen, accessible through both the Web and Mobile applications. To unlock the ELock, simply select the highlighted option displayed in the below image.

Additionally, the widget provides access to the ELock unlock history, allowing you to easily review past unlock events through the highlighted option in the image below.

Please Note: To improve security and prevent tampering with the E-Lock, you can activate the E-Lock Authentication feature in the Company Rule Settings. When this feature is enabled, the E-Lock cannot be unlocked without entering a valid OTP.

Elock Authentication with Job

The platform offers Elock authentication feature to prevent unauthorized activity with the ELock while the vehicle is on the job. This feature guarantees that the ELock remains securely locked and cannot be unlocked without entering an OTP at any time during the job.

Furthermore, users can assign specific rights to enable the Elock at particular checkpoints on the job, enhancing security and control over its operation.

ELock Authorize Geofence

This feature allows users to unlock an ELock when inside specific geofences, removing the necessity for job creation. This capability simplifies operations for transporters and offers enhanced flexibility beyond the conventional job-based workflow.

Alerts

Users have the ability to receive notifications regarding any violations related to the ELocks by configuring the various alerts available on the platform.
