# Helpdesk details on reseller

Helpdesk details configured on the reseller account are helpful for the school users to contact the reseller in case of any help or query.

#### To get started

- Login to your account.
- Go to  **Settings \> General \> Reseller.**
- Double-click on the account you want to add helpdesk details.
- Navigate to **My Account.**

#### To configure helpdesk details

Enter the help desk or the customer support team's details in the mentioned fields.

- - **Help Desk Telephone Number:** Provide your landline number.
    - **Helpdesk Email Address:** Provide an email id where the Reseller will be contacting you.

    - **Mobile Number:** Provide a mobile number.
    - **WhatsApp Contact Number:** Provide a contact number with active WhatsApp.
    - Click on **Save 💾** icon to save the details.
