[Live Tracking](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/knowledge/gridzee?hsLang=en#live-tracking) # Object Tab on Live Tracking The Live Tracking tab provides a comprehensive overview of all vehicle associated with the logged-in account, organized by their current status—such as Active & Inactive. This tab also presents essential details, including the object Name, the timestamp of the last data update, the status of connected ports, etc., all conveniently displayed in one location. To view the object tab, go to **Listing Panel \> Live Tracking tab**. ![2025-12-23\_13-40\_1](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2025-12-23_13-40_1.png?width=315&height=225&name=2025-12-23_13-40_1.png) The object tab includes a variety of essential features and details: #### **Object Information** Users can conveniently access comprehensive details about each object in a single location. Upon selecting a specific vehicle, the relevant screen will be displayed as shown in the following image: ![](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Dec-23-2025-11-14-35-0552-AM.png?width=1712&height=815&name=image-png-Dec-23-2025-11-14-35-0552-AM.png) The following details can be accessed and viewed in the object information list. #### **Object Status** Object status is displayed in a color-coded form on the Object status bar. Below given is the image of the object status bar, which shows the number of Object in each category: ![](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Dec-23-2025-08-12-27-8337-AM.png?width=383&height=43&name=image-png-Dec-23-2025-08-12-27-8337-AM.png) To refine the results displayed in the object list, users can simply click on the status indicator to filter and view vehicles that fall within that specific status category. #### **Search/Add Object** From here, a user can perform actions on the objects. ![2025-12-23\_13-47](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2025-12-23_13-47.png?width=393&height=136&name=2025-12-23_13-47.png)   Below given are the actions that can be performed: 1. **Filter:** The user can filter objects on the basis of Company, Branch, Building, Floor, Object Type, Locate Type, Brand & Model of the object using the filter option. 2. **Search Object:** Using the search box, the user can easily search for specific objects by Tags, Registration, Object Model, etc. 3. **Reload:** By clicking on the reload button, the user can refreash the page to load latest data. 4. **Add Object:** User can [Add Object](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/knowledge/gridzee/add-object?hsLang=en) by clicking on this button. #### **Object List** These parameters will be shown according to the specific selections made by the user from the [Object List setting.](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/knowledge/gridzee/object-listing-on-live-tracking-screen#Object) ![2025-12-23\_16-37](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2025-12-23_16-37.png?width=391&height=303&name=2025-12-23_16-37.png) 1. **Building & Floor Name:** Displays the name of the Building & Floor associated with the object. 2. **Object List:** The list of all the objects along with their details are displayed. The object list displays the below-given details: ![2025-12-23\_16-34](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2025-12-23_16-34.png?width=341&height=195&name=2025-12-23_16-34.png) 3. **Object Status:** Below given is the color code that denotes the status of that object: | ![Ellipse 2](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Ellipse%202.png?width=26&height=26&name=Ellipse%202.png) | **Active** Object is Currently Active | | --- | --- | | ![Ellipse 4](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Ellipse%204.png?width=26&height=26&name=Ellipse%204.png) | **Inactive** Object is Currently Inactive | 4. **Object Name:** Displays the specific name assigned to the object. 5. **Last Data Updated:** The timestamp indicating the latest data received from the device and updated on the server. 6. **SOS** This indicates If the SOS status, RED = Not triggered & Green = Triggered 7. **Battery :** Displays the current battery reading of the object 8. **Door:** Shows Weather the Door is Open or Close. The ports enabled through the object tooltip settings, according to user preferences, will be displayed.   #### **Object List Setting** Users can customize the object listing by selecting which specific details they wish to display with this setting.
