Using form you can create a custom checklist for the checkpoints in the JOB Module that can be accessed by the driver from the driver's application during a JOB.
To Create a Job

Log in to your account.
- Go to Settings > Master > Form.
Upon clicking the Form screen, you will be redirected to an overview screen of form where you find the list of all the previously created form.
To Add Form

Click on the ➕ button on the taskbar.
- Choose the appropriate Company and Branch from the dropdown menu for which you would like to configure the form.
- In the Form Name give a name for reference to the form that you are creating.
- In Copy From you will find a list of all previusly created form that you can copy in the current form that you are creating.
- In Active, you can check or uncheck the form depending on whether you are using it or not.

if you have checked the box
it means that the form can be used to assign to checkpoints.

if you have unchecked the box
it means that the form can't be used to assign to checkpoints.

- Click on Add Property ➕ to add new fields in the form.
- In The Label write the name of the field.
- In Type select the type of field you are adding from the list.
- In Values write the options you want to add in the Label, for multiple values, use " , " comma to seprate the values.
- eg: if you have written the Label as Door and selected the type as checkbox in values you can write Door handle, Door screw, Door Lock etc.
- eg: if you have written the Label as gender and selected the type as Radio in values you can write Male,Female.
- In Default Values you can write the default values that will be used before the driver changes it.
- eg: if you have written the Label as Condition and selected the Textarea you can set the default value as Good.
- In Validation select the condition you want to set for the Label.
- eg: if you have selected the Type as textarea you can set the validaton as alphabet. so in that label only alphabet can be written and nothing else.
- In the Place holder you can write a text of what the person needs to write in the box.
- eg: if you have written the Label as gender and selected the type as Textarea in placeholder you can write ," please write gender " .which will be displayed in the field.
- In Max Length You can enter what should be the maximum length of the property.
- In Min limit you can enter the min limit of characters that needs to be entered in the field.
- In Max limit you can enter the max limit of characters that needs to be entered in the field.
- Save the configuration by clicking on the Save 💾 icon.
To Assign form to a Job.
- Go to Settings > Master > Job.
- Create a job, go to the checkpoint and click on the
icon of the checkpoint.
- The Add Chekpoint box will Open
- Go to the Form option and click on the box, a list will appear of all the Active forms.
- select your desired forms.
- Click on the
icon to save the changes of checkpoint.
- Save the configuration by clicking on the Save 💾 icon.
