Elock Sublock

In the system, a sub-lock is an extra lock that connects to the main E-lock. It works together with the main lock to secure more doors or compartments in the same system.

To Get Started

• Log in to your account.
• Go to Settings > General > Elock sublock

To Add Sublock

• Click on the ➕ button on the taskbar.
  
  
  • Select Company from the drop-down list.
  • Select Branch from the drop-down list.
  • Select Device type from the drop-down list.

• • Select Object from the drop-down list.
• click on the ➕ button to add sublock.

• In the Name box, write the name for the sensor (sublock).
• In the Sensor ID/Card ID, write the unique Sensor ID/Card ID for the sublock.
• To add another sublock on same vehicle clock on the Sensor + button again.
• Click on the Save 💾 icon to save the sublock.
  
  

Alerts

Users have the ability to receive notifications regarding any violations related to the sublocks by configuring the various alerts available on the platform.
