The system provides various Driver Consideration Criteria for Allocating Drivers to Vehicles. This document outlines the different approaches available for this allocation process.
Admin, Reseller, or Company users can customize driver allocation for vehicles, enabling adjustments to meet specific requirements and preferences.
To Get Started
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Settings > General > Company.
- Double-click on the account for which you want to specify driver consideration.
To Configure the Driver Consideration

In the Driver Consideration Based On field, you will find the following options:
- RFID/Beacon: Driver allocation, as well as stepping in and out of the vehicle, is determined using RFID card swipes or Beacon detection.
- Step In with RFID/Beacon - Step Out with Ignition: Drivers are recognized as stepping into the vehicle through RFID card swipes or Beacon detection, while stepping out is validated based on the ignition condition.
- For this method, configure the Driver Step Out Tolerance (in minutes):
Define the duration after which the driver is considered to have stepped out of the vehicle. This is based on the configured time following the ignition-off condition.

- To utilize the preferred method for driver assignment, simply check the corresponding box.
- Click on the Save 💾 icon.
Please Note: Driver Display Logic for Live Tracking Screen (Tooltip and Object List)
- If the vehicle's configuration is set to Step Out with Ignition and the Ignition Port is attached:
- If the last RFID Swipe occurred before the last Ignition Off, no driver will be displayed in the Tooltip and Object List.
- If the last RFID Swipe occurred after the last Ignition Off, the driver will be displayed.
- If Step Out with Ignition is not selected or the Ignition Port is not attached, no changes will be applied for driver display logic.
