Commands

The command feature helps you create custom command template that can be used when configuring send command.

There are two ways to create commands : SMS Commands (SMS Service Configuration is required) and GPRS commands.

To Get Started

Log in to your account.
Go to Settings > Master > Command.

Upon navigating to the Commands screen, you will be directed to the Commands Overview page, where you can view a history of all previously sent commands.

To Create a Command Template.

Click on the ➕ button on the taskbar.
In the Command Name Write a name for your reference.
Select the Device Type from the dropdown list.
- Based on the device type selected, the objects under the selected company will be displayed. Select the Object from the dropdown list to which you would like to send the command.
Select the Type of command to be sent.
- SMS : if you want to create a template for SMS based command.
- GPRS : if you want to create a template for GPRS based command.

In order to use SMS based template in send command screen, you would need to have SMS API preconfigured in the system.

In the Command Message write the command that you want to create a template for.
