How to change the Email ID of the main account?

The email ID of the main account can be changed. We have provision for it,

To get started

  • Login to your account. 

  • Go to Setting > General > Reseller / Company / Company sub-user.

    • Double-click on the user record which needs to change. 

      • Update the new Email in the user name on My account.

      • Click on the save 💾 icon

        If all the above steps are followed and you are still not able to change the email ID, kindly raise a ticket on support.
