How to change the Email ID of the main account?

User has the ability to change the email ID associated with their main account, as we have provided this option for your convenience.

To get started

  • Login to your account. 

  • Go to Setting > General > Reseller / Company / Company sub-user.

    • Double-click on the user record which needs to change. 

      • Update the new Email in the user name on My account.

      • Click on the save 💾 icon
