How to change the Email ID of the main account?
The email ID of the main account can be changed. We have provision for it,
To get started

Login to your account.

Go to Setting > General > Reseller / Company / Company sub-user.

Double-click on the user record which needs to change.

Update the new Email in the user name on My account.

Click on the save 💾 icon.
If all the above steps are followed and you are still not able to change the email ID, kindly raise a ticket on support.
