These rights enable the Manufacturer to access the platform through a web portal or mobile application.  Manufacturer users can also modify these access preferences according to their requirements. ### To Get Started - Login to your account. - Go to **Settings \> General \> Manufacturer** - Double-click on the account for which you want to set up web or mobile access. - Navigate to **User Settings** tab.![](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Feb-11-2026-06-40-22-3491-AM.jpeg?width=519&height=520&name=undefined-Feb-11-2026-06-40-22-3491-AM.jpeg) ### To Provide Web Access - **Click** on **All** if you want the user to have the **Web** **platform** access**.** - **Click** on **None** if you don’t want the user to access the Web platform. - **Click** on **Specific** if you want the user to have **Web Access** to the platform via a specific IP address. - After selecting Specific, please enter the permitted **IP Address** in the designated text box. You can enter multiple IP commas separated. ### **To Provide Mobile Access** - **Click** on **All** if you want the user to have **Mobile Application** access**.** - **Click** on **None** if you don’t want the user to access the Mobile application. - **Click** on **Specific** if you want the user to have access to the Mobile application with a specific mobile or IP address. - **Click** on **Unique ID** if you want the user to have access to the Mobile application via a specific mobile device only. - After selecting Unique ID, you will be asked to enter the **Mobile Unique Identification Number**. - Please locate the **Unique Id** on the sign-in page of the mobile application installed on your phone and enter it in the designated text box provided.
