These rules are intended to enhance the personalized experience for dealers managing their fleets. **Please Note:** Once a rule is activated, it cannot be modified. If you wish to modify any properties, you will need to create a new rule. ### To Get Started - Login to the Super Manufacturer or Manufacturer account. - Go to **Settings \> General \> Dealer.** - Double-click on the dealer account for which you want to set the rule. - Navigate to **Rule.![](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jan-19-2026-08-07-39-4485-AM.jpeg?width=644&height=61&name=undefined-Jan-19-2026-08-07-39-4485-AM.jpeg)** ### To Set the Rule - Click on **Add New.** A new window labeled **Reseller Rule** will open.![](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jan-19-2026-08-07-39-6981-AM.png?width=515&height=497&name=undefined-Jan-19-2026-08-07-39-6981-AM.png) - In the field **Rule Name**, specify the name of the rule for your reference. - In the field **Description,** enter the description for the rule for your reference. - In the field **Valid From**, choose the starting date for when this rule will take effect. - In the field **Event Date Format**, select the preferred date format that the reseller will use to view events in their account. - Define the **Device Accuracy Tolerance t**o ignore GPS data that may be drifting when the device’s accuracy is poor. This helps filter out inaccurate location points within the defined range. - Define **Device Distance Variation** to adjust the recorded distance traveled by the object in situations where the device is unable to provide accurate GPS data. - Add [**POI Tolerance**](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/knowledge/ais140/poi-tolerance-for-dealer?hsLang=en)according to the requirement. - Add [Speed Consideration Moment](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/knowledge/ais140/speed-consideration-moment?hsLang=en)and [**Max Speed Validator.**](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/knowledge/ais140/configure-maximum-speed-for-vehicles?hsLang=en) - Enter[**Inactive Time, Stoppage Time,** and **Idle Time.**](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/knowledge/ais140/configure-vehicle-status-for-dealer?hsLang=en) - Click on the Check box of [**Show Cluster**](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/knowledge/ais140/display-vehicles-in-cluster?hsLang=en)to display vehicles in a cluster format. - The **Device Connectivity Check time** is utilized to monitor the connection between the device and the system.
