Un revendedor puede crear un técnico para la empresa. Hay dos tipos de tareas: tareas de mantenimiento y tareas de instalación. **Los usuarios pueden [cargar los detalles de la tarea del técnico](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/es/knowledge/tarea-del-t%C3%A9cnico?hs_preview=QpQOIxLp-120288258848&hsLang=es) y también pueden [descargar los detalles de la tarea del técnico](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/es/knowledge/descargar-detalles-de-la-tarea-del-t%C3%A9cnico?hs_preview=yRmrdJAv-120287684199&hsLang=es).** Los técnicos tienen acceso a la aplicación Flitech, que les permite ver los próximos programas de instalación/mantenimiento y registrar las tareas de instalación/mantenimiento completadas. También reciben notificaciones cuando se les asignan tareas de instalación o mantenimiento.
