El IVR se puede configurar en la cuenta de administrador y tanto el revendedor como la empresa pueden heredar el mismo. ### Antes de configurar el servicio IVR - Compre el servicio de terceros (Twilio) según sus requisitos. - Obtenga el **SID de la cuenta** y el **token de la cuenta del** proveedor de servicios ***Tenga en cuenta:*** - - *Twilio, un proveedor de servicios IVR de terceros, ya está integrado en la plataforma Trakzee.* - *Si desea utilizar cualquier otro proveedor de servicios, primero necesitaremos integrarlo en nuestro sistema. Póngase en contacto con su gerente de éxito.* ### Para empezar - Inicie sesión en su cuenta de administrador. - Vaya a **Ajustes \> General \> Administrador.** - Haga doble clic en la cuenta para la que desea configurar el servicio IVR. - En **Proveeder**, encontrará Twilio, ya que ya se ha integrado en el sistema. - Ingrese el **Cuenta Sid ** proporcionado por su proveedor de servicios. - Ingrese el **Cuenta token** en el campo correspondiente. -
