# Configurar el servicio de ChatBot para la cuenta de revendedor

Un ChatBot es un asistente digital que se utiliza para iniciar conversaciones en línea. Los ChatBots se utilizan para responder preguntas y escalar problemas a agentes humanos cuando es necesario.

#### Antes de comenzar

- Busca un servicio de ChatBot de terceros que te ofrezca la opción de utilizar un fragmento de código JavaScript.
- Crea un Bot según tus necesidades.
- Conecta un canal de chat al buzón de conversaciones.

(Un canal de chat es donde puedes personalizar la disponibilidad de tu equipo.)

### Para configurar el ChatBot

- Inicia sesión en tu cuenta.
- Ve a **Configuración** \> **General** \> **Revendedor**.
- Haz doble clic en la cuenta para la que deseas configurar el ChatBot.
- Navega a la pestaña **ChatBot**.

- - Haz clic en la casilla de **ChatBot**.  
          - En el campo **Script de ChatBot**, introduce el enlace de JavaScript proporcionado por el proveedor del servicio de ChatBot.
