# Configuración de los detalles de la mesa de ayuda

Los detalles del servicio de asistencia configurados en la cuenta de administrador son útiles para que los revendedores se comuniquen con el administrador en caso de cualquier ayuda o consulta.

#### Para empezar

- Ingrese a su cuenta.
- Vaya a **Ajustes \> General \> Administrador.**
- Haga doble clic en la cuenta a la que desea agregar los detalles del servicio de asistencia.
- Navegue a **Mi cuenta.**

#### Para configurar los detalles del servicio de asistencia

Ingrese los detalles de la mesa de ayuda o del equipo de soporte en los campos

- - **Número de teléfono de la mesa de ayuda**: proporcione su número de teléfono fijo.
    - **Dirección de correo electrónico del servicio de asistencia**: proporcione una identificación de correo electrónico donde el revendedor se comunicará con usted.

    - **Número de móvil:** proporcionar un número de móvil
    - **Número de contacto de WhatsApp**: Proporcione un número de contacto que esté funcionando en WhatsApp.
    - Haz clic en el **icono Guardar** 💾.
