[Revendedor](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/es/knowledge/plataforma-trakzee?hsLang=es#revendedor) # API de redes sociales La API de redes sociales (interfaz de programación de aplicaciones) está integrada en el software para que el usuario pueda recibir alertas, informes o anuncios a través de la plataforma de redes sociales establecida. El revendedor puede heredar la configuración de la API de redes sociales del administrador. Una empresa puede heredar las configuraciones de la API de redes sociales del revendedor. Si, en cualquier caso, el revendedor no ha configurado su API, la empresa puede heredar la misma del administrador. ### Antes de comenzar **Tenga en cuenta:** - Ya hemos integrado Telegram y WhatsApp en nuestra aplicación. - *Puede obtener el token de bot de Telegram y hacer uso de esta API.* - *Si desea utilizar cualquier otra plataforma de redes sociales, seguramente podemos hacerlo por usted. Contáctenos.* #### Para empezar - Ingrese a su cuenta. - Vaya a  **Ajustes > General > Administrador/Distribuidor/Empresa.** - Haga doble clic en la cuenta para la que desea configurar la API de redes sociales. - Vaya a la pestaña **Altitud** . ![](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Frame%20176%20(1)-png.png?width=662&height=77&name=Frame%20176%20(1)-png.png) #### Para configurar la API de redes sociales - - **Gateway** está configurado en Telegram porque ya hemos integrado Telegram en nuestra aplicación. - En el campo **Tipo** si desea heredar la API de la cuenta de administrador, seleccione **Heredar** de la lista desplegable. - Si desea agregar una API diferente, seleccione **Personalizada** en el menú desplegable. - Ingrese el **Token** proporcionado por Telegram en el campo **Bot HTTP Token** . - Según sus requisitos, puede hacer clic en la casilla de verificación **Alerta**, I**nformes programados y Anuncio** para recibir lo mismo por telegrama. ![](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Frame%20177-png.png?width=448&height=265&name=Frame%20177-png.png) - Haga clic en el icono **Guardar** 💾.
